During our stay at Truso, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. The restaurant, known for its delicious food, never disappointed, even during busy times. A short 5-minute walk to the slope made it easy to hit the slopes. The hotel's prompt responses and assistance with airport transfers were greatly appreciated.

Hotel Truso in Gudauri exceeded our expectations. Perfect location close to bus stop, supermarket, ski rentals, and ski lift. Warm comfortable rooms with stunning views of the slopes. Helpful staff who speak English and Russian well. Delicious breakfast served in the restaurant. Best restaurant in Gudauri. Nice common room for relaxing. Convenient ski room available.
Nothing, it is perfect.

This hotel in the mountains had breathtaking views and was located near the ski slopes, making skiing super convenient. The hotel facilities, especially the indoor sauna, were clean and relaxed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range of warm and cold options.
Almost perfect.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were accommodated with our questions and the rooms were clean with all the amenities we needed. the hotel also had a great outdoor area for the kids which was perfect for them to burn off energy. the hotel's location in the mountains was great , close to shops and restaurants.
The in, room WIFI reception was poor and the noise in the rooms was unbearable. the noise from neighboring rooms and the road outside made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Spent Christmas at a hotel recently and had a good time overall. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bus stop and supermarket, and just a short walk to the ski lift. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with nice interior and a good view of the slopes. The restaurant was great; had the best food around and a really nice welcome drink on arrival. Plus, the staff spoke perfect English and Russian, which was helpful.
There were a few things that could have been better. The internet was horrible, which made it difficult to stay connected and plan our activities.
